Ingredients
- 250 g – macaroni
- 250 g – mince, either Beef or Mutton
- 2 – small Onions chopped
- 2 – tomatoes, chopped
- National Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tsp
- 2 tsp – National chilli powder
- 1 tsp – chopped Coriander leaves
- National Salt to taste
- 2 tbsp – oil
- 2 tbsp – grated cheese.
How to Make Mince And Macaroni
- Cook the macaroni in boiling salt water till soft.
- Drain, the hot water, pass through running water and drain and keep aside.
- Heat oil in a pan and saute the onions till brown.
- Add the mince, National ginger garlic paste, tomatoes, National chilli powder, National salt and coriander leaves and mix well.
- Cook on low heat till the mince is cooked and all the water dries up.
- Now add the cooked macaroni and mix well.
- Spread the grated cheese on top.
- Serve.
