  5. Too much masala on a delicate white fish. This much masala would kill the natural taste of the fish. If you like the masala so much just put all your masala in a cup and drink it. Just some salt, pepper and lime juice would be enough to bake the fish with. You can really taste the delicious fish. NO MASALA NEEDED.
