Boiled chicken (shredded) 1 cup
Ghee 2 tbsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Chopped onion 1
Flour 2 tbsp
Milk 1/2 cup
Black pepper 1/2 tsp
Beaten eggs 2
Heat ghee and fry onions slightly.
Add flour, salt, black pepper and chicken, stir it, add milk and cook until thick.
For patties: Roll dough 1/2 inch thick.
Then cut with 3 inch round cutter and keep on tray.
Then brush with beaten egg and fill with 1 tsp filling.
Now cover with another dough and cut with small size cutter.
Then press it and close it.
Then brush with beaten egg and bake for 20-25 minutes.
