- Chicken Boneless (cube cutting) 300g
- double steam premium Rice 300g
- Salt as per taste Red
- Chili Crushed ½ tsp
- Black Pepper, Crushed ½ tsp
- Sugar ½ tsp
- Cooking Oil 1 ½ tbsp
- Ginger & Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
- Capsicum 2 pieces
- Onion 1 piece
- Tomato 1 piece
- Tomato Paste 1 tsp
- Chili Garlic Sauce 1tsp
- Tomato Ketchup 1 tbsp
- Soy Sauce 1 tbsp
- Carrots 1 piece
- Cabbage 10 g
Direction: In a pot, add and marinate chicken, egg, salt, green chili, black pepper, sugar. Now keep in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. In cooking pot, add cooking oil, ginger & garlic paste, marinated chicken and cook for 2-3 minutes. Now add, salt, tomato ketchup, soy sauce, tomato paste, chili sauce and mix it. Afterward, add capsicum, onion, tomato and cook for 2-3 minutes and add chicken stock, and corn flour mixed with water. Now cook for 2-3 minutes. Egg Fried Rice Cooking Direction: In a cooking pot add, cooking oil, egg, capsicum, cabbage, carrots, boiled double steam premium rice, salt, black pepper, soy sauce, green onion and cook for a while.
