INGREDIENTS
500 grams chicken, 1 cup tomato paste, 2 big onions, 2 green chillies, 2 tablespoons National ginger paste, 1 tablespoon National garlic paste, 2 tablespoons chicken masala, ½ teaspoon National coriander powder, ½ tablespoon National red chilly powder, ½ teaspoon National garam masala, a little bit coriander leaves, ¼ cup olpers cream, few curry leaves, 1 tablespoon oil and National salt to taste.

HOW TO PREPARE
Finely chop the onions and set it aside. Take a frying pan and pour the oil. Bring to heat and then add the onions and sauté briefly. Put in the National ginger garlic paste, green chillies and curry leaves. Sauté till the onions turn golden brown and the raw smell of the ginger garlic fades away. Now add the National coriander powder, National red chilly powder, chicken masala and National salt to taste. Sauté well and then pour in the tomato paste. Now stir well and add the chicken pieces. Cover, simmer and cook till the chicken is nice and soft, this should take about 15 minutes. When the Spicy tomato chicken gravy is as thick as you want turn of the flame and add the National garam masala and Olpers cream. Stir once and garnish with fresh coriander leaves, fried cashew nuts and raisins.
