Ingredients:
Mango cubes 2
Chicken leg pieces 1/2 kg
Onion finely chopped 1
Ginger paste 1/2 tbsp
Garlic paste 1/2 tbsp
Curry powder 2 tbsp
Cumin powder 1/2 tsp
Black peppercorn 1/2 tsp
Red chili powder 1 tbsp
Vinegar 4 tbsp
Raisins 1/3 cup
Cream 1/2 cup
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Oil 3-4 tbsp
Salt to taste
Coriander leaves for garnish
Method:
For chicken: Mark cut chicken.
Now marinate with garlic paste, salt, red chili powder and vinegar nicely and fry on both sides in frying pan.
Chicken is ready.
Put oil in pan, add onion and garlic paste and fry it.
Now put curry powder, black peppercorn and cumin powder and cook it.
Then add vinegar, water and mango cubes and cook until it boils.
When it boils, put all ingredients in blender, blend it nicely and put in pan again.
Now put chicken and raisins and cook for 8-10 minutes.
Then put mango cubes and cream, cook on low flame and take out in dish.
Then garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
