Beef undercut 1/2 kg
Pasta boiled 1/2 packet
Black pepper 1 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Garlic paste 1 tsp
Cheddar cheese 1 cup
For White Sauce:
Milk 2 cups
Flour 2 tbsp
Butter 100 gm
Black pepper 1 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Oregano 1/2 tsp
Cream 1/2 cup


Cut undercut in thin lengthwise, put black pepper, salt, garlic paste and 2 cup water.
When meat tender and dry its water.
For white sauce: Heat butter and roast flour.
When aroma comes, put milk, black pepper, salt, oregano and cream and mix it.
Now add boiled pasta and boiled meat, mix it and put in oven proof dish.
Then add cheese and bake on 180 degrees C for 20 minutes.
