- 1/4 teaspoon saffron strands soaked in 1 tablespoon warm milk
Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Milk Base
- Heat the milk in a heavy-bottomed pan over medium heat, stirring frequently to prevent sticking.
- Reduce the milk to half its volume by simmering for 20-25 minutes.
Step 2: Sweeten and Flavor
- Add the condensed milk, sugar, cardamom powder, and soaked saffron to the reduced milk.
