Curried Shrimp Spaghetti:
Ingredients:
Shrimps 1 kg
Boiled Spaghetti 1 packet
Yogurt 1 cup
Cream 1 Cup
Green Chili Paste 2 tsp
Black Pepper 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Capsicum 2
Cabbage 1 cup
Peas 1 cup
Carrots 1 cup
Ginger Garlic 2 tsp
Green onion 1 cup
Oil ½ cup
Method:
• Add 4 tbsp oil in the pan and add in 1 cup pea, 1 cup cabbage. fry it and take it out.

• Add in shrimps in the pan and add ginger garlic and fry.
• add in green chili paste, black pepper and salt.
• add in yogurt and 1 cup cream. close the flame.
• add in the mixed vegetables along with the spring onions.
• stir fry spaghetti and add in salt and pepper.
• top it with shrimp mixture and serve.

Balti Daal:
Ingredients:
Chickpea (boiled) 1-1/2 cup
White lentil 1 cup
Tomatoes 250 gm
Turmeric 1 tsp
Red chili 1-1/2 tsp
Jaggery 1 tbsp
Onion 1
Mustard seeds 1 tsp
Salt ½ tsp
Oil 4 tbsp
Ingredients for Oil Tempering:
Onion 1
Garlic 4 cloves
Bay leaves 4
Cumin 1 tsp
Clarified butter ½ cup
Green chili as required
Coriander as required
METHOD:
• In a wok, heat oil and sauté onion until golden brown.
• Then add tomato, turmeric, red chili powder, jaggery, mustard seeds and water. Cover it for a while.
• Once it is soft, add boiled chickpea and white lentil, cover for 10 minutes.
• Then, add green chilies and coriander.
• For oil tempering, heat clarified butter in a wok. Sauté onions until golden brown.
• Then add garlic, bay leaves and cumin.
• Now add to the lentil mixture and serve hot.

Punjabi Chatpati Roti:
Ingredients:
Flour ½ kg
Red chili powder 2 tsp
Cumin 1 tsp
Crushed dried coriander 1 tsp
Green chili 2
Crushed garlic 1 tsp
Pomegranate seeds 1 tbsp
Small onion 1
Mint 2 tbsp
Clarified Butter as required
METHOD:
• In the flour, add red chili powder, cumin, crushed whole coriander, green chilies, garlic, pomegranate seeds, onion and mint.
• Knead well and allow it to rest for about 30 minutes.
• Now make rotis out of it.
• Then heat clarified butter in a pan and fry until golden brown.
• Serve hot.
