Ingredients:
Beef undercut 1/2 kg
Crushed garlic 5-6 cloves
Capsicum slice 2
Carrot slice 1
Green chilies slice 4-5
Green onion 2-3
Tomatoes slice 2
Crushed black pepper 1/2 tsp
Stock 1 cup
Soya sauce 2 tbsp
Oyster sauce 4 tbsp
Chinese salt 1/3 tsp
Roasted sesame seeds 2-3 tbsp
Oil 2-3 tbsp
Salt to taste
Method:
Cut beef into slices.
Heat oil in pan and stir fry beef and garlic on high flame.
Then add all vegetables and stir fry for 3-4 minutes.
Now add oyster sauce, black pepper, soya sauce, Chinese salt and salt and mix it.
Then add stock and cook on high flame.
Then add corn flour and thick mixture.
Now put sesame seeds, mix it and take out in dish.
Then garnish with green onion and serve.
