Sapota Sapodilla Ice Cream

Ingredients
Sapota (Cheeko) 1/2 kg
Sugar 1/2 cup
Gelatin powder 2 tsp
Milk 2 cup
Olpers Cream 1 pkt
Condensed milk 1 tin
Oil 2 tbsp oil
Almond

Cooking Directions
Peel and cut cheeko in pieces.
Boil cheeko in 1 cup water and sugar also add gelatin powder cook more.
In blender put milk, condensed milk, cream, boiled cheeko and blend well.
Pour into ice cream mould and put in freezer.
Roast almond in oil and crush well sprinkle almond on ice cream.
Serve immediately.
