Ingredients
- Refined flour ½ cups
- Onion large 2
- Black pepper powder ½ tsp
- Red chili powder ½ tsp
- Soda water as required
- Salt ¼ tsp
- Oil for frying
Cooking Directions
- Cut onions into rings and soak in cold water.
- Mix refined flour, black pepper powder, red chilie powder and salt in a bowl.
- Add soda water to make a thick paste.
- Heat oil in a wok.
- Dip onion rings in paste until coated.
- Fry until golden brown, serve immediately.
