Oil 1/2 cup
Buttermilk 1 cup
Flour 3/4 cup
Corn flour 1/2 cup
Hot sauce 1 tbsp
Salt and Black pepper to taste
Boneless chicken breast 1/2 kg
Panko breadcrumbs 1 cup
Mayonnaise 1/4 cup
Chili sauce 2-3 tbsp
Honey 1 tbsp
For sauce: Whisk all ingredients in bowl.
For chicken: Whisk buttermilk, flour, corn flour, egg, hot sauce, salt and pepper.
Working one at a time, dip chicken into buttermilk mixture, then dredge in breadcrumbs to coat.
Heat oil, add chicken and cook until golden and crispy.
Transfer to paper towel lined plate.
Serve immediately, drizzled with sauce.
