Chicken boneless 250 gm
Salt 1/2 tsp
Mayonnaise 5 tbsp
Bread 8 slices
Onion chopped 1 medium
Garlic paste 1 tbsp
Oil 3 tbsp
Tomato as required
Cucumber as required
Lettuce leaves as required
Heat oil in pan.
Then fry garlic paste for 2 minutes.
Then add chicken and cook on high flame for 2 minutes.
Then add salt and onion.
Then cover it and cook on low flame for 15 minutes.
Then remove lid and allow excess water to evaporate.
Now cool chicken and grind it to fine mince in blender.
Then keep chicken mixture in freezer for 30 minutes.
Now mix chicken with mayonnaise and spread on 4 bread slices.
Then keep tomato, cucumber and lettuce leaves and cover with remaining bread slices.
Then cut in triangle shape and serve with sauce or ketchup.
