Ingredients:
For Paratha:
Flour 1/2 kg
Salt 1/2 tsp
Ghee 2 tbsp
For Filling:
Chicken 400 gm
Yogurt 1 cup
Green chilies 3
Ginger paste 1 tsp
Garlic paste 1 tsp
Chili garlic sauce as required
Salt 1/2 tsp
Red chili powder 1 tsp
Cumin seeds 1 tsp
Onion as required
Oil 1 tbsp
Direction:
For paratha: Mix flour, salt and ghee in bowl nicely and knead dough.
Then cover it with wet cloth and keep in warm place for 30 minutes.
Then divide into small balls and roll it.
Then fry in little oil in pan.
For filling: Blend yogurt, green chilies, cumin, red chili powder and salt in blender.
Then marinate chicken with garlic paste, ginger paste and yogurt mixture.
Then heat oil in pan and fry marinated chicken until tender.
Then spread chili garlic sauce on paratha.
Then keep chicken filling and onion and fold it.
Serve with chutney or sauce or ketchup.
