Ingredients:
Beef meat 500 gm
Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
Papaya paste 3-4 tbsp
Red chili paste 2 tbsp
Yogurt 4 tbsp
Turmeric crushed 1/2 tsp
All spice crushed 1/2 tsp
Cubeb powder 1/2 tsp
Black pepper 1 tsp
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Tamarind paste 4 tbsp
Oil 4-5 tbsp
Salt as required
Coal as required
Method:
Put papaya paste in beef meat and leave for 3-4 hours.
Now put mix all ingredients except coal in mixing bowl, make paste and marinate beet boti with this paste.
Then bake in preheated oven or BBQ on coal.
When botiyan are ready, remove from skewers and serve with chutney.
