Ingredients

 

Mutton 500g

Cooking Oil half cup

Ginger & Garlic Paste 1 tbsp

Onion half

Salt as per taste

Whole Hot Spices 5 g

Whole Red Chili 3 pieces

Green Chili Crushed 2 pieces

Cumin 1 tsp

Red Chili Crushed 1 tbsp

Black Pepper Crushed 1 tsp

Tomato 4 pieces

Almonds & Cashew Crushed 2 tbsp

Hot Water 1 glass

Ginger, Coriander, Green Chili for garnishing

Method

 

1- In a Kitchen King’s pressure cooker, add cooking oil, mutton, ginger & garlic paste, onion, salt, whole hot spices, whole red chili, green chili, cumin, red chili crushed, black pepper crushed, tomato, almonds & cashew crushed and cook it for 5-7 minutes.

 

2- >Now, add hot water and steam it for 20-25 minutes.

 

3- In the end, add ginger, coriander, green chili for garnishing.

 

Your tasty Balochi Mutton Karahi is ready to serve.
