BBQ Thai Garlic Beef by Chef Gulzar

Beef slice 1/2 kg
Garlic paste 2 tbsp
Green chili paste 2 tbsp
Papaya paste 2 tbsp
Brown sugar 1 tbsp
Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
Thai red curry paste 1 tbsp
Basil 1/3 tsp
Oyster sauce 1 tbsp
Oil 1-2 tbsp
Salt to taste


Mix all ingredients in mixing bowl and leave for 2-3 hours.
Now skew beef on skewers or bbq sticks.
Roast it on coal on low flame or steam it, fry it and give smoke of coal.
Then give grill marks on grill pan, take it out, put on serving dish and serve with sauce.
