Ingredients:
Beef mince (machine grinded) 1 kg
Red chili powder 1 tbsp
Turmeric 1 tsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Finely chopped onion 3
Lemons 2
Finely chopped green chilies 4
Finely chopped coriander leaves 1 bunch
Oil 1 cup
Method:
Heat oil in pot and fry onion until light pink.
Now roast ginger garlic paste, turmeric and red chili powder with little water.
Now add mince and salt and roast it nicely.
Then put green chilies, coriander leaves and lemon juice and simmer it for 5 minutes.
Then ready parathay, keep little mince and make roll.
Delicious keema paratha roll is ready.
