Ingredients:
Chicken or mutton 1/2 kg
Red chili powder 1 tbsp
Rice 700 gm
Cardamom 4-5
Cloves 4-6
Crushed black pepper 4-5
Cinnamon 2-3
Star anise 2
Fried onion 1 cup
Cumin powder 1 tbsp
Milk 1/2 kg
Saffron color 1/2 tsp
Rose water 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Fennel powder 1 tbsp
Cardamom powder 1 tsp
Method:
Boil rice.
Heat oil in pan, put fried onion and chicken, roast it, add spices and roast more.
When chicken is half tender, put milk in other pan, put chicken, fennel powder and cardamom powder, dry milk, add masala, roast it and low flame.
Then add masala and chicken with boiled rice in big pot, put rose water, simmer it for 30 minutes and serve hot.
