Baked Beef Rolls

اجزا

 

  • انڈرکٹ تین سو گرام (Undercut 300 grams)
  • انڈہ ایک عدد (پھینٹا ہوا) (Egg 1 beaten)
  • ہری پیاز ایک عدد (باریک کٹی ہوئی) (Spring onion 1 finely cut)
  • گاجر ایک عدد (باریک کٹی ہوئی) (Carrot 1 finely cut)
  • میدہ ایک پیالی (Refined flour 1 cup)
  • دودھ ایک پیالی (Milk 1 cup)
  • پیاز آدھا (باریک کٹی ہوئی) (Onion ½ finely cut)
  • موزریلا پنیر دو سو پچاس گرام (Mozzarella cheese 250 grams)
  • کالی مرچ ایک کھانے کا چمچ (کُٹی ہوئی)(Black pepper 1 tbsp crushed)
  • نمک حسبِ ذائقہ (Salt to taste)
  • تیل حسبِ ضرورت (Oil as required)

ترکیب

 

  • انڈرکٹ (undercut) کی باریک پٹیاں کاٹ (cut) لیں۔
  • پیالے میں میدہ، انڈہ اور دودھ ڈال کر ملالیں (mix)۔
  • نان اسٹک فرائنگ پین (non stick frying pan) کو چکنا کرکے اس میں میدے کا آمیزہ (mixture) اتنا ڈالیں کہ پین (pan) میں ایک باریک تہہ بن جائے اور دونوں جانب سے پکا کر اُتار لیں۔
  • عمل کو دہراتے ہوئے سارا آمیزہ (mixture) استعمال کرلیں۔
  • کڑاہی میں انڈر کٹ (undercut)، تین کھانے کے چمچ تیل اور آدھا پیاز ڈال کر پکائیں (cook)، گوشت پک جائے تو کالی مرچ، ہری پیاز، گاجر اور نمک ڈال کر چند منٹ (few minutes) پکا کر اُتار لیں۔
  • میدے کی روٹیوں کے ایک جانب تیار آمیزہ (mixture) ڈال کر لپیٹ لیں۔
  • تمام رول بیکنگ ٹرے (baking tray) میں رکھیں اور اُوپر سے پنیر چھڑک (sprinkle) دیں۔
  • بیکنگ ٹرے (baking tray) کو پہلے سے گرم اوون (oven) میں دو سو ڈگری پر دس منٹ پکاکر نکال لیں۔
