Vanilla Fruit Yogurt:
Ingredients:
Yogurt 1-1/2 cup
Cream 4 tbsp
Bananas 4
Vanilla essence few drops
Condensed milk 6 tbsp
Strawberries 6-8
Method:
Mix yogurt, cream, vanilla essence and condensed milk. Add all fruits mix well and cool, serve.
Prawns Pakora:
Ingredients:
Prawns 350 grams
Gram Flour 1-1/2 cup
Coriander leaves (crushed) 1tbsp
Cumin Seeds (crushed) 1 tsp
Red Chilies (crushed) 1 tbsp
Coriander Leaves ½ bunch
Onions 2
Green Chilies (chopped) 2
Turmeric ½ tsp
Carom Seeds ½ tsp
Baking Soda ¼ tsp
Salt to taste
Oil for frying
Imli ki Chutney:
Ingredients
Tamarind Pulp 1 cup
Yogurt 1 cup
Red Chilies 6
Coriander Leaves 2 tbsp
Mint Leaves 2 tbsp
Garlic Cloves 4
Tomato 1
Salt ½ tsp
Cumin Seeds (roasted) ½ tsp
Water ½ cup
Method
In a blender, blended yogurt, red chili, coriander leaves, mint leaves, garlic, tomatoes, salt, cumin seeds, tamarind pulp and water. Tamarind chutney is ready.
