Bhindi Jalfrezi:
Ingredients:
Okra (chopped) ½ kg
Onion (chopped) 2
Capsicum (chopped) 1
Green Chilies 4-5
Tomatoes (chopped) 2
Oil ¾ cup
Red Chili Powder 1 tsp
Mustard Paste 1 tsp
Black Pepper (crushed) 1 tsp
Ketchup 4 tbsp
All spice Powder ½ tsp
Garlic Paste 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Method:
Cut the okra fry and take it out.
Now add onion, green chilies, capsicum and fry.
Then heat oil add ginger garlic paste, salt, red chili powder, mustard paste, tomato puree, ketchup, black pepper and fry.

Aalu Kulcha:
Ingredients for Naan Dough:
Flour 2 cups
Wheat flour ½ cup
Salt 1-1/2 tsp
Yeast 1 tsp
Baking powder ¾ tsp
Yogurt 1 tbsp
Oil 4 tbsp
Sugar 1 tbsp
Ingredients for filling:
Boiled potatoes 3-4
Carom seeds ¾ tsp
Raw mango powder 1 tsp
Crushed red chilies 1 tsp
Turmeric ¼ tsp
Crushed coriander, green chilies 4 tbsp
Chopped ginger 1-1/2tsp
Chaat masala 1 tsp
Ingredients for garnish
Chopped coriander 1 tsp
Nigella seeds 1-1/2tsp
Butter as required
Knead dough with all ingredients and left for 2 hour. When it rinse make balls. Mix all ingredients of filling. Roll balls and fill with filling and again roll, decorate with garnish ingredients. Bake in pre heat oven. Remove and brush with butter.

Makhni Qeema Palak :
Ingredients:
Beef minced ½ kg
Boiled spinach 1-1/2 cup
Tomato puree 2 tbsp
Chopped onion 1
Yogurt ¾ cup
Salt to taste
Red chili powder 1-1/2 tsp
Turmeric 1-1/2 tsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Carom seeds ½ tsp
Green chili paste 1 tbsp
Butter 4 tbsp
Cream ½ cup
Oil ½ cup
Cumin powder 1 tsp
Dried fenugreek 2 pinch
Mix all spice 1 tbsp
Bay leaf 1
Chaat masala 1 tsp
Method:
Heat oil add onion fry well. Add minced, ginger garlic paste, green chili paste, carom and yogurt cook well. Add salt, red chili powder, turmeric, cumin powder and tomato cook well. After that add spinach, mix spice, bay leaf, dried fenugreek and chaat masala. Also add ½ cup of water cook. When it done add cream and butter mix. Dish out and garnish with cream.
