Omelette Paratha:
Ingredients:
For paratha:
Flour, wheat flour 2 cup
Sugar 1 tsp
Milk ½ cup
Salt 1 tsp
Clarified butter 2 tbsp
For omelette:
Eggs 3-4
Green chilies, coriander 1tbsp
Salt as required
Turmeric as required
Red chili as required
Oil for frying
Method
Mix all ingredients of paratha and make soft dough. After 15 minutes make balls then roll down and make paratha. Now heat oil and add egg mixture when it starts cooking then put paratha and fry little then flip and cook from other side then take out and make roll then serve.
Ghotala Qeema Karahi:
Ingredients:
Chicken minced 300 gram
Eggs 4
Chopped onion 1
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Tomato paste 2
Oil ½ cup
Butter 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Turmeric ¼ tsp
Red chili powder 1 tsp
Chopped Onion 1
Chopped Green chilies 2
Chopped tomato 1
Green chili, coriander as required
Method
Heat oil and add mince in it. Also add ginger garlic paste, salt, red chili powder, turmeric and tomatoes and cook gravy. Now add ½ cup water and let mince cook well. Then add salt in eggs and beat well then add in mince and cook. Now add butter, chopped onion, tomatoes, green coriander and green chilies mix well and serve.
