Ingerdients:
Keema mince 1/2 kg(beef)
fried onions 1/2 cup
yogurt 1cup
raw papaya paste(2tbs heaped)
oil 1/2 cup
coal 1 piece
National Garam Masala powder 1 tsp
National salt 1 tsp
cinnamon stick 1 piece
cloves 6 pieces
green cardamom 5 pieces
dry whole red chilli 12 pieces
National red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
National Bihari Boti Masala
desiccated coconut1tbs
poppy seeds 1tbs
National ginger & garlic paste 1tbs
Recipe:
in a bowl add mince, ginger & garlic paste, raw papaya mix well cover and keep in the fridge for 1/2 hour.
in a pan dry roast poppy seeds, cinnamon stick, cloves, green cardamom, whole red chilli, coconut till changes colour to golden, remove and grind to a powder.
in a pan heat oil add the grinded spices, salt, water 1/4 cup cook on high flame till the water dries.
now add the National Bihari boti masala, red chilli powder, yogurt mix well, cover and cook on low to medium till the water dries and oil comes on surface.
once the oil comes on the surface add fried onions, all spices powder mix well, and place a piece of foil on the mince add the hot coal, spoon oil on the hot coal, and cover, till the smoke settles.
serve hot with onion rings, green chilli, lemon wedges.
