Fry Chicken Tawa Piece:
Chicken tikka leg piece 3
Cayenne pepper 1 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Lemon juice 3 tbsp
Citric acid 1 pinch
Clarified butter 4 tbsp
Coal 1 piece
Ingredients for Masala:
Yogurt ¾ cup
All spice powder ¾ tsp
Cumin powder ¾ tsp
Turmeric 2 pinches
Coriander powder 1-1/2 tsp
Green coriander as required
Green chilies as required
Lemon sliced as required
Butter 4 tbsp
Tomatoes 2
Apply mark on chicken tikka and leave for whole night. Mix all ingredients of masala in yogurt. Cut green coriander , green chilies and tomatoes. Add chicken in pot cook on high flame for 15 minute. Give a smoke of coal. Add butter on tawa add chopped green chili, green coriander and tomatoes. Add ½ cup of water cook. Add tikka with yogurt mixture and mix well. When it dries out leave for simmer. Add roasted tikka, green chilies, lemon juice and green coriander mix well. Serve with onion rings.

Baked Coconut Pudding:
Eggs 4
Coconut ground 1 cup
Milk 1 cup
Roasted flour 1 tbsp
Condensed milk ½ tin
Vanilla essence few drops
Coconut milk 1 cup
Butter melted 1 tbsp
Mix all ingredients and pour in dish. Bake till it set.
