Ingredients For Stuffed Cream Cheese Fillet With Dip:
Chicken breast piece 1/2 kg
Olpers Cream 1/2 cup
Green chilies paste 1 tsp
Black pepper powder 1-1/2 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Boiled chicken mince 1 cup
Corn flour 1/2 cup
Flour 1/2 cup
Oil for frying
For Dip Making:
Mayonnaise 1 cup
Yogurt 2 tbsp
Green chilies paste 1 tsp
Black pepper 1/4 tsp
Salt 1/4 tsp
Tomato ketchup 4 tbsp

Method:
Take a chicken add boiled mince, cream cheese, green chili paste, chopped black pepper, salt and lemon juice mix it well.
Now add chicken breast, cut it and make pockets. Make it thin add chopped black pepper and salt.
Then fill the cream cheese then press it with hand.
Now add corn flour and flour mix it well.
Then add chicken fillet pieces fry it in hot oil.
For dip: add mayonnaise, yogurt, green chili paste, chopped black pepper, salt, tomato ketchup and olive oil serve it with chicken
Ingredients For Frozen Coco Shake:
Cocoa powder 2 tbsp
Coconut milk 1 tin
Vanilla essence 1/2 tsp
Vanilla ice cream 1 cup
Full cream milk powder 1 cup
Ice 1 cup
Banana 1
Brown sugar 4 tbsp
Marshmallow for garnishing
Method:
Blend all the above ingredients in a blender.
Then take it out in a glass then garnish it with cream and marshmallows.
