Smoky Dahi Bara Chaat:
Ingredients:
Black gram soaked ½ cup
Green gram soaked ½ cup
Salt as required
Crushed cumin ½ tsp
Crushed green chilies 1-1/2 tsp
Ginger chopped 1 tsp
Oil for fry
Coal 1 piece
Ingredients for Yogurt:
Yogurt ½ kg
Salt as required
Boiled chick peas ¾ cup
Pomegranate seeds as required
Sweet chutney 4 tbsp
Tamarind chutney 2 tbsp
Chaat masala as required
Chopped onion, tomatoes as required
Green coriander, green chilies as required
Method:
Soaked both lentil for 3 to 4 hours, then blend well. Add salt, green chilies, ginger and cumin mix well. Heat oil fry till golden color comes. Soaked in salt water till soften. Remove from water and press with hand. Place in dish, give a smoke of coal. Beat yogurt with salt. After that pour chick peas, chaat masala, onion, tomatoes, green coriander, pomegranate and green chilies on bara. Add whipped yogurt remaining boiled chickpeas, green masala, sweet & sour chutney, chaat masala and serve.

Peri chicken Tenders :
Ingredients for Marination:
Chicken 200 gm
Peri sauce 4 tbsp
Crushed garlic 1 tbsp
Oil 1 tbsp
Yogurt 1 tbsp
Ingredients for Coating:
Flour 1-1/2 cup
Corn flour 2 tbsp
Oregano ¾ tsp
White pepper ½ tsp
Garlic powder 1 tsp
Baking powder ¾ tsp
Oil for fry
Method:
Marinate chicken with all ingredients of marination for 2 to 3 hour and leave it. Mix all ingredients of coating and sieve well. Coat chicken pieces with well and cook on low flame till golden color comes.
