Roast Chicken
Ingredients:
Chicken (whole, with skin) 1
Salt 1 ½ tbsp
Garlic powder 1 tsp
White pepper ½ tsp
Mustard paste ½ tsp
Oil 6 tbsp
Method:
• In a bowl, add whole chicken with skin, water and 1 tbsp salt.
• Mix well and marinate the chicken for about 2 hours.
• Then, take it out from water and dry the chicken well.
• Now, in a bowl, add chicken, garlic powder, mustard paste, white pepper and salt.
• Mix well and marinate for about 3 hours.
• Now, add oil in the chicken, cover with foil and place it on an oven prove dish.
• Then, bake it on a pre-heated oven on 160 c for about 25 minutes.
• Now, remove the foil and bake it on 200 c for about 10 minutes or until golden brown.
• Serve hot.
Finger Fish With Chutney:
Ingredients For Fish:
Fish fingers (boneless) ½ kg
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Flour 1 cup
Salt 1 tsp
Carom 1 tsp
Oil for frying
Red chili powder 1 tsp
Cumin 1 tsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Baking soda 1 tsp
Chaat masala 1 tbsp
Eggs 2
For Chutney:
Tamarind pulp 1 cup
Salt 1 tsp
Cumin 1 tbsp
Cayenne pepper 3 tbsp
Water 1 cup
Method:
• In a bowl, add salt, carom, oil, red chili powder, cumin and coriander powder.
• Mix well and marinate fish fingers with it.
• Then add eggs, lemon juice, flour and baking soda. Mix well.
• Now, heat oil and fry fish for about 6 minutes.
• For the chutney, add tamarind pulp, salt, sugar, cumin, cayenne pepper and water in a pan.
• Cook for about 5 minutes, place it in a bowl and allow it to cool.
• Now place the fish in a platter and serve with the chutney.
Chapli Kabab Buns:
Ingredients:
Peshawari chapli kabab 1 packet
Cheese 16 slice
Oil ½ cup
For Dough:
Flour 1 kg
Salt 1 tsp
Sugar 1 tbsp
Yeast 1 ½ tbsp
Oil 6 tbsp
Eggs 3
Bread improver 1 tbsp
Sesame 3 tbsp
Milk 3-4 tbsp
Method:
• In a pan, heat oil and fry chapli kababs on both sides for about 5-6 minutes, set aside.
• Then, in a bowl, add flour, salt, sugar, yeast, oil, eggs and bread improver.
• Mix well and prepare a dough.
• Once the dough is proven, make each 160 gm balls out of it.
• Now spread each ball evenly.
• Then, place cheese slice, chapli kabab and again cheese slice.
• Now make a bun shape, then do the same with other balls and leave it to proven.
• Now, brush the milk on the buns and sprinkle sesame seeds.
• Then bake it on 200 c in a hot oven for 20 minutes.
• Remove and serve hot.
