Sweet and Sour Chicken :
Ingredients:
Chicken boneless cubes ½ kg
Flour 1 cup
Baking powder 1 pinch
Corn flour ½ cup
Salt 2 tsp
White pepper 2 tsp
Oil for frying
Garlic 2 tbsp
Ginger 1 tsp
Pine apple cubes 1 cup
Green chili slices 2
Carrot slices 1 large
Capsicum cubes 2
Onion 1 large
Ketchup 2 cup
Orange juice 1 cup
Sugar 4 tbsp
Vinegar 6 tbsp
Eggs 2
Chicken stock 3 cup
Method:

Date And Walnut Tea Bread:

Ingredients

Dates 200gm
Baking soda 1-1/2 tsp
Hot tea 200ml
Butter 100gm
Jaggery 150gm
Eggs 3
Walnut chopped 75gm
Flour 250gm
Baking powder 1tsp

Method
In a bowl beat butter, now add jaggery and beat , now add eggs one by one and beat , now add remaining ingredients and mix, then pour this mixure in baking tin and bake on 180 deg for 25 min ,serve.

Chicken Nuggets Paratha Roll:
Ingredients:
Chicken Nuggets 1 packet
Paratha 6
Yogurt ½ cup
Mayonnaise ½ cup
Garlic powder 1 tsp
Chili sauce 3 tbsp
Oil for frying
Method:
In a bowl add mayonnaise, garlic powder, chili sauce and yogurt and mix well. Heat oil in a pan and fry nuggets for 4 to 5 minutes and remove. Then fry paratha and set aside. Now place nuggets on paratha then add mayo sauce, roll and serve.
