Fruit Cake:
Ingredients
Flour 350 gm
Brown sugar 200 gm
Butter 350 gm
Baking soda 1 tbsp
Baking powder 1 tbsp
Salt 1 tbsp
Vanilla essence 1 tbsp
Crushed walnuts 150 gm
Raisins 100 gm
Currants 100 gm
Orange peel 150 gm
Glazed pumpkin 200 gm
Eggs 8
Method:
Mix all dry ingredients and keep aside. Beat butter and sugar well. Add egg one by one mix well. Pour batter in tin cake and bake for 35 minute.
Garlic mayo Broast:
Ingredients:
Whole chicken with skin 1
Mayonnaise 1 cup
Oil for fry
Salt 1 tbsp
Garlic powder 1 tbsp
Crushed garlic 4 tbsp
Vinegar 3 tbsp
Red chili powder 1 tbsp
Flour 2 cup
Method:
Cut chicken into pieces. Add in bowl with salt, garlic powder, red chili powder and vinegar mix well and left for 4 to 6 hour. Coat chicken with flour and deep for 12 to 20 minute, remove set aside. Heat oil in pan add garlic fry 2 to 2 minute. Remove set aside. Mix mayonnaise well. Mix chicken well and remove, serve.
Kalay Channay masala walay:
Ingredients:
Boiled chickpeas 250 gm
Potatoes 125 gm
Onion 1
Turmeric 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Garlic 1 tbsp
Tamarind paste ½ cup
Tomatoes 1
Red chili ½ tsp
Soda ½ tsp
Green chilies 4
Whole cumin 1 tbsp
Clarified butter 1 cup
Green coriander, mint and lemon for garnish
Crushed coriander 1 tbsp
