Ingredients
- Chicken 1 (1 ½ kg)
- Lemon juice 1 tbsp
- Worcestershire sauce 1 tbsp
- Mustard powder 1 tsp
- Black pepper 1 ½ tsp
- Clarified butter as required
- Ginger garlic paste 1 ½ tsp
- Butter 2 tbsp
- Chinese salt 1 tsp
- Ketchup 2 tbsp
- Salt 1 tsp
Cooking Directions
- Combine all the ingredients and mix well.
- Make cuts on chicken with knife and apply all spices mixture over chicken. Keep aside for 2 hours.
- Now preheat clarified butter, add chicken and cook for a while.
- Serve chicken roast with salad.
