Ingredients:
- 1 liter milk
- Rice 100gm
- Sugar 300 gm
- Khoya 50gm
- Almond 50 gm
- Cashew 50gm
- Pistachio 50 gm
- Cardamom 5 gm
- Cold Water 1 cup
- Strawberry 50 gm
Method:
In a cooking pot, add ,milk, rice, cardamom, pistachio, almonds, cashews, cold water and boil it. Next, add sugar and cook it for 35-40 minutes on medium flame. Keep stirring during this process. Afterwards, add Khoya when it cooked well. Now, keep it in the refrigerator to cool. Use almond, cashew, pistachio and strawberry for garnishing.
