PAKORAY
Ingredients
- Gram flour 1-1/2 cup
- Onions 2
- Salt to taste
- Coriander ½ bunch
- Mint leaves ½ bunch
- Green chilles 2 to 3
- Coriander leaves 1 tbsp (chopped)
- Cumin 1 tbsp
- Baking soda ½ tsp
- Red chili 1 tbsp (chopped)
Cooking Directions
Combine gram flour, baking soda, onions, coriander, mint and all spices in a bowl. Add water to make a thick mixture. When the mixture is ready, fry it in hot oil in the form of pakoras.Tasty pakoras are ready. Serve with tomato ketchup or chilli sauce.
