Ingredients
- 200g Unripe Mango (1/4 cutting)
- 100g Carrot (Julian cutting)
- 100g Lemon
- 8 Green Chili
- 100g Cucumber (slice cutting)
- 100g Cauliflower
- 6 cloves Garlic
- As per taste Salt
- 1 tbsp Red Chili Powder
- 1 tsp Turmeric
- 1 tbsp Mustard Seeds
- 1 tbsp Fennel
- 1 tbsp Fenugreek Seeds
- 1 tsp Kalonji
- 1 cup Mustard Oil
Directions
In a bowl, add unripe mango, carrot, lemon pieces, green chili, cucumber, cauliflower, salt, red chili powder, turmeric and mix it well. Now, in a pan, add mustard seeds, fennel, fenugreek seeds, kalonji and roast for a while. Now, add mustard oil and cook for 2-3 minutes. After that, mixed vegetables and mix it. Now, keep aside achar for 2-3 days.
