Ingredients
- Green Chilies 8 (big)
- Mint Leaves 1 bunch (finely chopped)
- Coriander Leaves 1 bunch (finely chopped)
- Egg 1
- Chicken Cube 1
- Gram flour (besan) 1 cup
- Tamarind Pulp ½ cup
- Yogurt 1 tsp
- Button Red Chilies 1 tsp (crushed)
- Cumin Seeds ½ tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Oil as required
Direction:
Add gram flour, egg, salt, chicken cube and yogurt in a bowl. Mix well and pour some luke warm water and make a thick paste. Now grind coriander leaves, cumin seeds, crushed red chilies and mint leaves in a chopper. Add in salt and tamarind pulp. Mix well. Make a vertical stroke on each green chili with a knife and fill this ground green chutney in it. Dip these filled green chilies in the gram flour mixture and fry in hot oil.
