Ingredients
For Kulfi:
Dry milk powder 2 cup
Water 2, 1/2 cup
Sugar 3/4 cup
Cornflour 2 tbsp (leveled)
Olpers Cream 1 pack
Raisins (optional) 1, 1/2 tbsp
Pistachio (grind with some sugar) 1, 1/2 tbsp
Kewra essence a few drops
Apple green food color a few drops
For Falooda:
Milk 1 liter
Sugar 10 tbsp
Falooda noodles 1 packet (boiled)
Kewra essence a few drops
Pistachio crushed 1 cup
Red food color a few drops
Cooking Directions
To make Kulfi: In a pan pour water and dry milk, cook till boils.
Lower flame and add green food color, crushed pistachio, kewra essence, sugar, raisins and a Olpers cream pack and mix well.
In a bowl take some water dissolve cornflour and now pour this in to above mixture, stirring continuously until it thickens.
Remove from heat let it cool, pour into kulfi molds and place in refrigerator.
To make Falooda: Heat milk in a pan and add sugar, kewra essence, red food color and cook till thickens.
Stir constantly, add pistachio and boiled falooda noodels.
To Serve: Put the kulfi in dessert bowl or in a tall glass, add jelly and pour over the falooda milk, garnish with crushed pistachio.
