Ingredients:
Mutton chops 1/2 kg
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
Oyster sauce 2 tbsp
Papaya paste 2-3 tbsp
Chili sauce 2 tbsp
Green chili paste 1 tbsp
Maida 1 cup
Eggs 2-3
Bread crumbs 1-2 cup
Oil 2 tbsp
Salt as required
For Garnish:
Onion rings 2-3
Lettuce leaves 2-3
Tomatoes 2-3
Method:
Mix mutton chops, ginger garlic paste, oyster sauce, black pepper, papaya paste, chili sauce, green chilies paste and salt in mixing bowl and leave for 30 minutes.
Now steam it in steamer.
Then take it out, coat with maida, dip in eggs, coat with bread crumbs and fry.
Serve with onion, lettuce, tomatoes and lemons.
