Ingredients:
Undercut sliced 1/2 kg
Carrot 1
Onion square cubes 1
Salt 1/2 tsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Sweet & sour sauce 1/2 cup
Chili sauce 1 tbsp
White pepper 1/2 tsp
Corn flour 2 tsp
Garlic crushed 1 tsp
Oil 1/4 cup
Egg white 1
Soya sauce 2 tbsp
Stock 1 cup
Corn flour paste 1 tbsp
Spring onion for garnish
Method:
Marinate undercut with salt, white pepper, corn flour, egg white and soya sauce.
Now mix it and deep fry in hot oil for 10 minutes.
For sauce: Heat oil and fry garlic until light brown.
Now add carrot and onion and fry for 2 minutes.
Now put sweet & sour sauce, chili sauce, sugar and fried undercut in vegetables.
Then add stock and cook it.
When it boils, put corn flour paste, garnish with spring onion and serve.
