Ingredients:
Undercut thinly sliced 1/2 kg
Salt 1/2 tsp
White pepper 1/2 tsp
Egg 1
Corn flour 2 tbsp
Sesame seeds 2 tsp
Chili oil 2 tbsp
Oil 1/4 cup
Crushed garlic 1 tbsp
Chili garlic sauce 2 tbsp
Wooster shier sauce 1 tbsp
Oyster sauce 2 tbsp
Spring onion 3
Green chilies 6
For Batter:
Flour 1/4 cup
Corn flour 2 tbsp
Baking powder 1/2 tsp
Egg 1
Oil 2 tbsp
Chilled water to make batter
Method:
Marinate beef with salt, white pepper, egg, corn flour, sesame seeds, chili oil and batter and mix it nicely.
Then deep fry for 10 minutes until crisp and brown.
For batter: Put all ingredients in bowl, mix it and make batter.
For gravy: Heat oil and fry garlic until light golden.
Then add fried beef with green chilies, spring onion, wooster shier sauce, oyster sauce and chili garlic sauce, toast it nicely and take it out.
