Ingredients

  • 1 cup fat free milk
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 1 medium banana, peeled, sliced and frozen
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Cooking Directions

  1. PLACE milk, ice, banana and vanilla extract in blender; cover.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour into glasses; garnish with a sprinkle of ground cinnamon, if desired.
