Palak Kofta Curry:
Meatball Ingredients:
Chicken mince 500g
Onion 1
Ginger garlic paste 1tbsp
Salt 1tsp
Red chili powder 1tsp
All spices powder 3/4tsp
Almond powder 1tbsp
Spinach Ingredients:
Spinach & fenugreek (boiled) 3cups
Green chilies 2-3
Ginger garlic paste 2tbsp
Salt 1tsp
Red chili powder 1tsp
Yogurt 1/2cup
Turmeric 1/2tsp
Onion (small, chopped) 1
Oil 1/2cup
Cream 4-5tbsp
Whole all spices 1tbsp
Bay leaf 1
Method:
Firstly add onion, ginger garlic paste, salt, red chili powder, all spices powder and almond powder in chicken mince to chop it in the chopper. Now heat oil to fry small onion and with it fry whole all spices and bay leaf. Now in it add ginger garlic paste, salt, red chili powder, turmeric and yogurt to roast them. Now add meatballs to roast them. After that add boiled spinach, fenugreek and green chili to mix. Add some cream and simmer it for 15-20mins. Lastly dish it out and garnish it with cream to serve.
Smoked Kofta Biryani:
Ingredients for kofta:
Beef mince 400 grams
Chopped fried onions ½ cup
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Bread slices 1
Green chili 2-3
Tikka masala 1 tbsp
All spice powder ½ tsp
Cream 2 tbsp
Salt 2 tbsp
Coal for smoke
Oil for frying
For gravy:
Chopped onion 1
Yogurt ¾ cup
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Boiled chopped tomatoes 1 cup
All spices powder ½ tsp
Salt, red chili powder, turmeric as required
Fried grinded onion 1 tbsp
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Clarified butter ¾ cup
Rice ingredients:
Boiled sela rice 400 grams
Mix all spices 1 tbsp
Yellow food color as required
Method:
Except coal all in ingredients mix in mince and grind. then make small ball then do smoke and fry it .for making gravy heat oil and fry onion .now add ginger and garlic paste add ,then add boiled chopped tomatoes ,salt ,red chili powder and turmeric add and masala roast. After this add yogurt and mix all spices mix .when masala roast then add all spices powder ,fried onion and fried kofta and lemon juice mix .now in a woke add ½ cup of water and 2 tbsp oil and half boiled rice and then kofta ‘s mixture then add remaining rice pour on top and add yellow food color mix and leave on dum and serve .
