Ingerdients:
chicken 1 kg
cloves 4
black peppercorn 8
National cumin seeds 1 tsp
National red chilli powder 1 tsp
National Korma Masala
National coriander powder 1 tbsp
National salt 1 & 1/2 tsp
fried onions 1 cup
thick yogurt 1 cup
kewra water 1 tbsp
fresh ginger 1 inch piece (Julian)
National ginger & garlic paste 1 & 1/2 tbsp
oil 1 cup
National garam masala powder 1/2 tsp
Recipe:
In a bowl mix yogurt, fried onions,National salt, National red chilli, National coriander powder, National ginger & garlic paste.
heat oil add cumin seeds, Yogurt mixture & National Korma Masala and cook on medium to high flame for 5 minutes.
add the chicken and fry for 2 to 3 minutes, on high flame.
now add water 2 to 3 cups, wait for a boil on high flame, cover and cook on low to medium till the chicken is cooked.
National garam masala powder, fresh ginger mix and simmer on low flame for 3 to 4 minutes.
