You must try this During Diwali… Sabudana wada was bursting like cracker when kept on stove… Well while cooking these recipe you definitely needs to have a fire safety compliant house and a fire extinguisher nearby… Believe me I had to wear helmet and a gloves to put off the flame… Good Lord Jesus… 😂

I just made them for iftaar, Awesome crispy from outside and soft and tasty from inside, for every one who says their vada are breaking, make sure your oil is super hot, hoter than regular hot, and do not keep turning vadas so much, let it sit for sufficient time to be done from one side and then turn for otherside and take them out.
