Hot Chicken Rice:
Ingredients:
Rice 250 grams
Cauliflower 1 cup
Spring onion 250 gram
Oil 3 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
All spices ½ tsp
Green chili 3
Food color few drops
Chili sauce for topping
Spices ingredients:
Boneless chicken cubes 300 grams
Whipped egg 1/2
Ketchup ½ cup
Chili garlic sauce ½ cup
Crushed red chili 1 tsp
Salt ¼ tsp
Crushed red chili 1 tsp
Salt ¼ tsp
Crushed black pepper ½ tsp
Red chili powder ½ tsp
Salt ½ tsp
Corn flour 2 tbsp
Oil 4 tbsp
Method:
Soaked the rice for 30 minutes .now in a pan heat oil then in a pan heat oil then add rice ,cauliflower and spring onion mix then cook for 2 minutes .then add salt and whole spices then add 1-1/2 cup of water add and cook till rice done .now add food color and slice cut green chilies then leave on dum for 10 minutes .before serving sprinkling chili sauce .for spices making boneless chicken ,corn flour ,crushed black pepper ,salt ,red chili powder and whipped egg mix .now heat oil and fry .when golden brown then add stock then add crushed red chili ,salt ,ketchup and chili garlic sauce and cook till then thick .finally stove off and serve with rice .

Fried Mirch Murgh:

Ingredients

Chicken 1kg
Red chilies 8
Roasted cumin 1tbsp
Yogurt 375gm
Salt 1tsp
Turmeric 1-1/2 tsp
Lemon juice 4tbsp
Onion 2
Coriander (chopped) 1tbsp
Dry coriander 1tbsp
Garlic 10 cloves
Fenugreek 1tbsp
Oil ½ cup
Method:

Heat oil and add dried red chilies and fry then remove and grind with garlic. Then garlic, chilies and lemon juice mix in chicken and leave. after this heat oil and fry onion then add marinated chicken and fry .now add yogurt ,green coriander ,crushed dry coriander ,cumin ,salt ,fenugreek and turmeric add and cook for half and hours .finally do the smoke and serve .
