The classic favorite comfort drink, chocolate milkshake is very easy to make. You just need a few ingredients and a fewer minutes to blend them all together.

Chocolate Shake:
Ingredients
Milk ½ cup
Coco powder 2tbsp
Ice (crushed) 1 cup
Chocolate dark ½
Condensed Milk 3 tbsp
Method:
Blend all together.
Chicken fajita steak:
Ingredients
Chicken breasts 2
Oil 2 tbsp
Crushed garlic 1 tbsp
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Roasted & crushed cumin 1 tsp
Roasted & crushed coriander 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Chili powder 1 tsp
Oregano leaves 1 tsp
Finely chopped parsley 1 tsp
Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
Paprika 1 tsp
Thyme leaves ½ tsp
Capsicum 1
Onion 1
Tomato 1
Tomato puree 2 tbsp
Soya sauce 2 tbsp
Ketchup 2 tbsp
Method
Marinate chicken strips with all the given ingredients for 30 mins, heat ¼ cup oil in a pan, and pan fry chicken for 5 mins, add ¼ cup water, cover and cook till chicken done, add in the veggies, cook for just 5 mins, serve on a hot sizzler with rice mould.
Classic palak paneer:
Ingredients
Spinach 1 kg
Butter 2 ounce
Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
Tomatoes 2
Chili powder 1 tsp leveled
Salt ½ tsp
Chicken power ½ tsp
Whole dried milk 3 tbsp
Cream ½ cup
Green chilies 2 chopped
Cottage cheese fried 200 gm
Method
first cleaned, washed, blanched spinach in 1 cup water for 2 mins, throw away water and squeeze out all water from blanched palak, chopperize keep aside.Heat butter add ginger garlic paste, then add finely chopped tomatoes, fry for 2 mins, add dry seasonings, fry well, add blanched and chopperized spinach, mix well, add khoya 3 tbsp, fry for at least 5 mins, add half cup cream, lastly add green chilies, cook for 2 mins, remove in a handi, garnish topped with cottage cheese cubes fried.
Jujeh shashlik:
Ingredients
Chicken boneless ½ kg
Oil ¼ cup
Mustard paste 1 tbsp
Mustard powder 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
White pepper ½ tsp
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Chicken powder 1 tsp
Garlic paste 1 tsp
Other ingredient :
Tomatoes 2 cut in cubes
Onions 2 cut in cubes
Capsicum 2 cut in cubes
Method
Marinate chicken cubes with oil, mustard paste, mustard powder, salt, white pepper, lemon juice, chicken powder and garlic paste for 1 hour, put on wooden skewers alternating with vegetables, grill in grill pan, brushing skewers with oil, serve garnish with onion rings and lemon wedges.
