Batata Champ Wara:

Ingredients

Beef Mince 250 gm
Water 1 cup
Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
Turmeric ½ tsp
Green chilies grinned 1 tsp
Salt ¾ tsp
Chili powder ½ tsp
Allspice 1 tsp
Coriander leaves chopped ½ cup
Green chilies chopped 4
Spring onion finely chopped ½ cup
Potatoes peeled boiled and mashed 4
Lemon juice 2 tbsp

Ingredients for batter

Flour ½ cup heaped
Salt ¼ tsp
Water to make batter as required
fruit salt ½ tsp

Method

Boil mince with water, ginger garlic, turmeric, salt, chili powder, grinded green chilies until tender and dry, cool mince add in chopped hara masala, allspice, mashed potatoes and lemon juice, mix all well, shape mixture into balls, roll balls into flour batter, heat oil and fry until golden brown.

Stuffed chicken breast:

Ingredients

Boneless breast 4
Vinegar 2 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Black pepper 1 tsp

Ingredients for stuffing

Cheddar cheese ½ cup
Mozzarella cheese ½ cup
Mushroom chopped 2 to 3
Coriander leaves chopped 2 tbsp
Mixed herbs 1 tsp

Ingredients for coating

Egg 1 beaten
Cream 2 tbsp
Self-rising flour as required
Fresh bread crumbs 1 ½ cup

Method

Cut each chicken breast into two pieces length wise, marinate with salt, vinegar and black pepper for 30 minutes, fill with all the ingredients under stuffing, fold firmly to secure filling, mix egg and fresh cream dip chicken strips in egg and cream mixture, coat in self raising flour then in bread crumbs, repeat this process thrice, freeze for 1 hour deep fry till light golden on low flame for at least 12 to 15 minutes. Serve with honey mustard dressing.

Flaky mince pie:

Ingredients

Puff pastry 250 gm
Beef Mince roasted 2 cups
Boiled eggs 4
Coriander leaves 1 tbsp
Green chilies chopped 2
Allspice ½ tsp
Yogurt 2tbsp

Ingredients for white sauce

Butter 1 ounce
Flour 1 tbsp heaped
Milk 1 cup
Salt, pepper, mustard ½ tsp each

Method

Roll the puff pastry very thin, line the pie dish with half of the rolled pastry, make chatpata bhuna keema with very little oil make white sauce with all the given ingredients, mix in the prepared mince, also add in chopped boiled eggs, chopped green chilies and coriander leaves, allspice, pour this filling on the rolled pastry, cover with remaining rolled pastry, brush with beaten egg, bake in a pre-heated oven on 200 degree c for 20 minutes.
