Ingredients:
Chops boiled 1/2 kg
Butter 100 gm
Yogurt 1 cup
Tomatoes 250 gm
Olpers Cream 1/2 cup
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Cardamom 4
Turmeric 1 tsp
Red chilies crushed 1-1/2 tsp
Onions 2
Coriander leaves 1/2 bunch
Direction:
Put water, chops, ginger garlic paste and turmeric in pot and boil it.
When chops tender, close stove.
Heat oil in other pan and fry onion until golden brown.
Now put tomato, yogurt, cream, salt, cardamom and red chilies and roast it nicely.
Then put boiled chops.
Put coriander leaves and butter and simmer it.
