Chicken Drumstick Karahi :
Ingredients:
Chicken legs 600 grams
Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
Clarified butter ¾ cup
Tomato 250 grams
Salt as required
Yogurt ½ cup
Chaat masala 1-1/2 tsp
Green chili 12-15
Lemon slices as required
Method:
cut mark the chicken leg and fry in clarified butter and remove .then in this clarified butter add tomato and covered .when tomato soft then peel it then add salt,ginger garlic paste and yogurt add and masala roast .now fried drum stick chaat masala and crushed black pepper then cook .finally fried green chilies and lemon slices mix and roast then serve .
Gur Papri:
Ingredients:
Flour 200 grams
Clarified butter 250 grams
Gum ½ cup
Cardamom powder ½ tsp
Nutmeg powder 1 pinch
Jaggery 1-1/2 cup
White sesame seeds 2 tbsp
Almond, pistachios, peanut ¾ cup
Coconut 4 tbsp
Soda 1 pinch
Method:
Heat clarified butter and fry gum. Now in clarified butter add flour and roast .then jaggery grind and cook on low heat then melt .now add small cardamom powder ,soda and nutmeg powder mix .after this knead the flour then mix and close the stove .then pour the mixture in Gracey pan .then add seas am seeds ,Almond, pistachios and peanut then spread the quickly with spoon .when freez then cut .
