This sindhi thali has 4 different dishes which are made in sindhi homes -Sindhi Bhindi masala, Coki, Pulao and Masala machalli.

Sindhi Thali

Bhindi masala :
Lady finger 250 grams
Chopped onion 2
Chopped tomatoes 2
Salt as required
Turmeric ¼ tsp
Red chili powder 1 tsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
White cumin powder ¼ tsp
Oil ½ cup
Green coriander for garnishing
Green chili for garnishing

Cut the lady finger thickly .then heat oil and fry onion golden brown .after this add tomatoes ,salt ,coriander ,cumin ,red chili powder and turmeric add then masala roast well .now separately fry lady fingers and remove then add masala and covered it for 5 minutes and leave on dum .finally add green coriander and green chili and serve .

Masala Machalli :
Fish ½ kg
Crushed coriander 1 tbsp
Crushed cumin 1 tsp
Crushed fennel 1 tsp
Crushed garlic 1 tsp
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Salt, chili, turmeric as required
Flour 2-3 tbsp
Gram flour 1 tbsp
Garam masala powder ½ tsp
Oil for frying
Marinate the fish pieces for 3 to 4 hours .after this fry on low heat .finally add lemon slices and serve .

Sindhi Pulao :
Beef 500 gram
Potatoes 3-4
Chopped onion 1 large
Chopped tomatoes 3-4
Boiled sela rice ½ kg
Salt, chili, turmeric as required
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
White cumin 1 tsp
Whole spices 1 tbsp
Oil 1 cup
Green coriander, green chili ½ cup
In a pan heat oil and fry onion. then beef ginger garlic paste ,salt ,turmeric ,white cumin ,tomatoes and garam masala add when beef roast well then add 1 glass of water add .now green coriander and green chili add and mix rice .then leave on dum and serve hot .

Sindhi coki
Flour 2 cup
Finely cut green coriander, green chili, onion ¾ cup
Pomegranate seeds 1 tbsp
Caraway seed 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Clarified butter ½ cup
Cream 2 tbsp

Except clarified butter all ingredients mix in flour and knead well .then make roti and fry with clarified butter.
